Cô gửi thông báo học phí đợt học này như sau nhé:

Thời gian: Đợt học này bắt đầu từ ngày 08/5/2022, dự kiến kết thúc đầu tháng 8 năm 2022, khi học hết 12 buổi.

Học phí: 150.000/buổi x 12 buổi = 1.800.000 đồng

22/5/2002: Last term results

- General progress: Đa số các bạn đều có điểm trung bình giảm nhẹ so với khóa trước 0.3-0.5đ. Kĩ năng cần đặc biệt chú ý về phương pháp tập luyện là Listening. Các kĩ năng khác như Reading, Speaking đều đang có tiến bộ khá tốt.

- Plans: trong khóa tới các bạn sẽ tiếp tục ôn luyện để đạt được mục tiêu ngắn hạn cho từng kĩ năng ( Ví dụ: Đề Uni exam: 8.5; Reading: 85%; Listening: 50%; Speaking: 85%....)

- Đường dài mới biết ngựa hay! Chúc các em tiếp tục giữ được nhiệt huyết và quan trọng là Never give up!

V. Speaking: Here are two sample responses for Question 1. Please practice this template regularly. 

1.  I prefer having friends with the same characteristíc and mindset as me for the following reasons. First, there is sympathy between the 2 of us because we share the same thoughts and ideas. When I have trouble with studying or family, I could easily talk to my friends and it feels comfortable when I have someone who understands my problems. Second, there will be less argument in making choices. That is because we almost agree on everything. This way, our friendship will be enhanced. For example, we could make plans to travel to the same favorite places.

2. Personally I think schools should ... for the following reasons. First, having lectures available anywhere anytime helps students study better. That is because they could review old lessons at home with full videos. Some ppl cannot write fast so they could also watch those videos to study by themselves. Second, uploading ... would make the school more famous. Younger students could also watch those videos of the professor from the school and they know exactly how good or bad the quality is. That way, the school could attract more students the next year. 

Next, choose 1 topic different from your last records and upload to May 22. Quang and Dương please upload your record for May 15.

- Speaking question 1. Listen again to your last speeches and practice speaking them again until you make no mistakes I wrote in the comments.

- Brainstorming: Mon=>Wed, Thu=>Sat. The "Content Group" has 12 minutes and the "P&F Group" has 6 minutes.

- Recording: +, Upload your speech to TD2 Speaking (Jan23) before Saturday.                                     Rename the file to your name.

                          +, The "P&F Group" only: records your pronunciation from Jan 9's comments. You guys should listen to the audio on dictionaries first (Eg: Cambridge dictionary), and then repeat after them until you pronounce each word perfectly. Upload your records to P&F Group (rename your file to your name).

- Comment on each other's speech: open the Comments file. The "Content Group" writes your comments at box B4; the "P&F Group" writes your comments at boxes C4 and D4.

 Homework:

I. Grammar: Inversion (Fill in column B)

II. Listening: Complete Focus B Chapter 3 (page 334-335). Fill in your answers at this link (Skip Lectures 1 and 2.)

III. Speaking: Choose 1 topic from our brainstorming tasks to speak. Record your speech and upload it to TD2_Speaking (Jan 9). Rename your file (eg: Duong, Ha, etc). 

And please upload before Saturday because you need to read my comments before taking the last term test.  If you are done reading my comments, type OK in column "Students' response" next to your scores.

Preparation for the last term test:

I. Vocabulary: Review VFI Unit 11 => Unit 15. We'll play on Kahoot as usual.

II. Listening: You will type your answers in your files right after each lecture. 

III. Speaking: I will show 4 different questions and assign them randomly. Each of you has about 3 minutes to prepare and 45 seconds to speak. Notice your Meeting box chat because I will inbox you your topic.
